- Quality Factory Manufacturing Audit (FMA)
Jobdesc:
Quality FMA have to implement health & safety (K3) at work. FMA has responsibility to conduct hourly inspection, track and monitor all reinspection activities, input inspection result data into the HPFA system, manage shoe samples and oversee the inspection area, and tracking shipment inspection.
Qualifications:
- Able to prioritize Health & Safety at work
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School/Equivalent/Currently in College
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Quality Supervisor in the Shoes Manufacturing (FMA preferred)
- Understanding of Shoe Production processes and Quality standards
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team with respect for diversity
- TEAM LEADER QUALITY CSC
Jobdesc:
Quality Control Team Leader CSC (TL QC) have to implement Health & Safety (K3) at work. TL QC is also responsibility for QC data processing and system management, ensuring the manufacturing process runs according to PFC, controlling each work process according to quality standards, collaborating with the Supervisor to maintain product quality, and maintaining team performance.
Qualifications:
- Able to prioritize Health & Safety at work
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Quality Leader in Shoe Manufacture
- Understanding of QC standards Cut to Stitch
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team with respect for diversity
